HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Most items we produce are short-run and produced boutique style...Once the products are out of stock they typically are not re-printed. 

Depending on the item it could take 2-3 weeks to leave our warehouse based on final production. 

All orders shipping within the US will typically arrive anywhere from one to three weeks. It can take as little as three days for delivery depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. 

International shipping times vary from 2-4 weeks. freefras does not ship partial orders, your order will only ship if all items are in stock. If items are out of stock you will be notified by email.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is based on what is in your cart and where it's going to. To check shipping for an order, simply place the items you want in your cart and head over to the checkout page.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET ( WHAT DOES PROCESSING MEAN) ?

Processing means we have successfully received your order and charged your payment method! The order is being prepared to ship and once it does, you will be automatically e-mailed a tracking number. 

Most orders are processed in 3 working days, but orders may take up to 10 business days to be processed. Shipping can then take up to 9 business days. 

For made-to-order items, please expect your order to ship 15 business days after your order is placed. 

If an incorrect address was provided, your order could have had an attempted delivery and been returned to our distribution center. If this is the case, a freefras representative will contact you as soon as it is received and processed.

ARE TRACKING NUMBERS AVAILABLE?

Yes, we email tracking numbers for all domestic orders and international orders (once an international order leaves the USA, the tracking with only be updated upon delivery). To look up the status of your order and retrieve your tracking number, visit your account page. When every order leaves our shipping facility a tracking automatically gets sent to the e-mail associated with the account of purchase.
